Head of Marketing (F/M/X)

Your tasks:

• Management of our current team of 4
• Further development and implementation of the international marketing and communication strategy for our MAICO brand
• Managing marketing campaigns and activities, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Promoting the corporate identity through a strong presence in digital and social media
• Budget planning, budget responsibility and cost controlling
• Management of trade fair appearances national and international
• Responsibility for our corporate brand
• Overview & reporting of the most important marketing key figures

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in international marketing and initial management experience
• Experience in the development of marketing strategies
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Creative team player with a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
• Structured, goal-oriented, quality-conscious and independent way of working
• A successfully completed degree in business administration, with a focus on marketing or communication or comparable qualifications
