Sales Director (F/M/X)

Your tasks:

  • Leadership and further development of the sales team
  • Conception, implementation and responsibility of sales activities, performance management and business development
  • Market mapping
  • Acquisition of new customers and development of new markets
  • Support of our international business partners and active customer retention
  • Planning, controlling and optimising all sales processes
  • Budgeting of plans and targets as well as preparation and monitoring of key sales figures


Your profile:

  • Proven knowledge in international sales of technically complex products and software applications that require explanation
  • Experience in leading a successful sales team
  • Ability to analyse and high affinity for figures, statistics and reporting
  • High customer orientation for the development of customer relationships based on partnership
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
  • Distinct intercultural and interdisciplinary competence combined with a high willingness to travel
  • Motivating team player with strong communication skills, persuasiveness, empathy and willingness to cooperate
